Ethanol in Gasoline with old Motorcycle?

I have a 1967 Kawasaki C2SS and just today it wouldn't idle. It ran fine but all of a sudden it stalled. I started it back up and it stalled when I turned the choke off. After even with the choke on it would stall. Is it the ethanol?
