What kind of spending will Obama cut now that budget and deficit is in question?

How bout he totally end iraq war and keep 0 troops in iraq? still 100's of millions of dollars are spent for iraqi reconstruction, which media does not cover much. Also how bout ending Afghan war? The Afghan war is not bringing any result. No high ranked "wanted" list individuals are ever caught or captured. Also how bout cutting spending on further bailouts of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac? Still billions of dollars in government aid goes to them. A trillion dollars spent on corporate bailout only and still large amount of it is not paid back by AIG, GM, Chrysler, etc etc.
