Opinion: friends husband won't have with her. How can I advise her?

She told me that they did not have when dating which seemed okay since he was shy, conservative, parents were religious and a really nice person. They dated for two years. Hmmmm. They married and had 2x right after the wedding and then never had it again. She is asking me if it is her? She is telling me that she feels constantly rejected. She has never been a thin girl but he knew what he was getting when they married, although she is not a cow. I feel bad for her because she says she asks him how to improve and he tells her that she does not have to do anything. That she is perfect. She tells me that he looks at other women when they are out, makes y faces at the girls on tv and makes comments about in front of friends. I haven't the slightest clue what is going on. They will be married two years this summer. Opinions??? I am going to refer her to counseling and try to get her there but would be interested to hear what you think.
