Name of this scary movie?

I am not sure exactly how the movie goes but i know that there is a family living in this haunted house and the grandma is living with them..and i forgot the rest but at the end they end up moving to a brand new house and the mom was in the kitchen trying to unpack and the grandma and kids were outside..and the mom heard the gma call for her from inside and she answered and there was noone there and she realized that the ghost had followed her to the new house
