if i do 1hour of cardio,30min of jumping jacks, 30min of jump rope, 30min of pilates, 30min of aerobics, 10min of lifting ten lb weights, 100 squats and walkin for 30mins......n ofcourse a healthy diet every day for a month would i lose weight??. n estimate how much weight it will be....im 243 by the way 5 feet 5......tanx in advance....
