Would this cut it for a halloween costume?

i was gonna wear a pair of black jeans tye dye shirt with with lon sleeves under it? and pair of orange crocks? just 2 go with my niece. ill prolly get some peace sign stuff. will that cut it 2 go wit a 3 yr old?
