My cat has been acting weird this morning?

She's normally all over the place, running down the hall and meowing every time someone looks at her. Today she's just following me and not saying anything. She was on my mom's bed licking herself and my mom picked her up and put her on the floor and Roxy (the cat. lol) just stood there staring at the floor and she's been staring at the wall. Is something wrong with her?
