I have a business proposition for Disneyland and I am having trouble?

I know I need to send a formal business letter with all the proper security measures. I am trying to sell a patent to disney which I already have owned. I am wondering if it is best to send my business letter to Disney HQ or Disneyland Anaheim because it relates directly to Disneyland. Also would it be best to put, Attn : Executive or Attn: Marketing
