Do you think that the UK electoral system should be changed to make it more fair?

Is it right that with the existing system if Labour, the Conservatives and the Liberal democrats get exactly the same number of votes that Labour could get twice the number of MPs as the Conservatives and 3 times as many MPs as the Liberal democrats?
